General Warranty Outline:

Warranty commences on the date of purchase from iWorkout as marked on invoice.

Warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear; user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non-authorized service technician.

At iWorkout , various products supplied by different manufacturers come with different warranties.

1 years warranty on frame, 30 days upholstery and 3 months on attachments (return to base)

6 months Manufacturer's warranty

Barbells and Handles

12 months warranty (return to base). Wear and tear is not covered under warranties.

Dumbbells

12 months warranty (return to base). Wear and tear is not covered under warranties, including Commercial Rubber Dumbbells , Hex dumbbells , Neoprene and Vinyl dumbbells

Weights

12 months warranty (return to base). Wear and tear on rubber coating is not covered under warranty

Cable Attachments

12 months warranty (return to base). Wear and tear is not covered under warranties.

Kettlebells

12 months warranty. Scratches, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. 

Medicine Balls

Wear and tear due to slam or hard/rough surface is not covered under warranty.

Gravity Boot 

12 months on frame, 30 days on rubber padding and locking mechanism (return to base)

6 months on frame, 30 days on upholstery, fabric and stitching warranty (return to base).

12 months warranty (return to base). 30 days warranty on upholstery, fabric and stitching.

Power Bands

12 months warranty (return to base). General wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Flooring and Mat

12 months warranty (return to base). Wear and tear is not covered under warranties.

Weight Vest, Gloves & Ankle Weights

12 months warranty (return to base). 30 days warranty on fabric and stitching. Wear and tear is not covered under warranties

12 months warranty (return to base). 30 days warranty on fabric and stitching. Wear and tear is not covered under warranties

No Warranty.

Return Policy

The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to iWorkout with shipping charges prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries.

Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent. Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within its recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user guide.

iWorkout is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any injury which may occur through the use of any equipment sold on this website or following the instructions and advice herein.

Free delivery is not applicable for return or replacement of a purchased product.

Wearable boxing equipment, accessories and apparel (e.g. weight vest, boxing gloves, protection gears, weight lifting gloves, hand wraps etc) cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene issues.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee

We accept product returns within 30 days if you are not happy with the product or change of your mind. Please return products to iWorkout with shipping charges prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries.

NOTE:

For change mind or unwanted return, Please return full package of the product which originally have and packed properly. We don't accept the loose products without package missing parts and damages. iWorkout have rights to check the product after return to our warehouse and approve/disapprove the return if we find any issue with the products which is not suitable for return. Please contact us before make any return.
